1. Eligibility

• Open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of XYLO are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period

• The contest ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
• Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Entry Limitations:

• Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.
• Multiple entries from the same individual using different emails may result in disqualification.

4. Prize Details

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the contest ends.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided within 2 days after March 31, 2025.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours (2 days) to claim their prize.
• If the winner fails to respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

• By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from XYLO. They may unsubscribe at any time after the giveaway ends.
• XYLO is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or human error.
